Getting Started

fastro is an educational and entertainment platform for personal development. We offer daily habit trackers, guided self-improvement programs, progress tracking, and tools to help you build better routines across 9 key life areas. fastro is not a substitute for professional therapy, coaching, or mental health services.
Select a plan on our Start page, enter your email, and you'll be taken to secure checkout. After payment, you'll receive a login link by email with full access to all features.
fastro works on any device with a web browser โ€” iPhone, Android, desktop, and tablet. No app download required.

Billing & Subscriptions

You get 7 days of full access for $0.99. After the trial, your plan automatically continues at $9.99/week unless you cancel before the trial period ends. During promotional campaigns, a free trial period may be available instead.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are processed securely.
If you see a charge from fastro, it's because an active subscription renewed. Check your plan and renewal date on our Manage Subscription page. If you believe the charge is in error, contact us at support@fastro.app.
Yes. You can upgrade or switch plans at any time. Contact support and we'll process the change promptly.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel any time via our Manage Subscription page, or email support@fastro.app. We process all cancellations within 24 hours. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of any subscription period, contact us at support@fastro.app and we'll issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
If you believe you were charged after cancelling, email us at support@fastro.app with your account email and we'll investigate and resolve it immediately.

We take data privacy seriously. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data to third parties. All data is encrypted in transit.
Email us at support@fastro.app with your account email and a deletion request. We'll delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
